By creating an account and using Hibbey, you agree to the terms below.
Age
Hibbey is intended exclusively for people 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
How Hibbey works
Hibbey randomly connects you with another user for a temporary, text-based conversation. There are no profiles, and conversations are not stored permanently.
What's not allowed
- Threatening, intimidating, or sexually explicit behaviour toward your conversation partner.
- Use of Hibbey by or directed at minors.
- Spam, unsolicited promotion, or attempting to lure people to other platforms.
- Using Hibbey for illegal purposes.
Violating any of this can result in a block or the permanent deletion of your account, without prior warning.
Reporting and blocking
You can block a conversation partner at any time, without needing to give a reason. Inappropriate behaviour can be reported; reports are reviewed by a moderator.
No guarantees
Hibbey connects you with other, unknown users. We don't screen conversations in advance, and can't guarantee that every interaction goes well. Use your own judgement, and report behaviour that's out of line.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time yourself. We reserve the right to remove accounts that violate these terms.
